This is an extra care scheme of 73 flats to replace an existing older persons provision on the site.  Communal lounges and dining areas are provided together with landscaped gardens and an enclosed allotment area with raised planting beds.  A phased approach to redevelopment for these vulnerable residents was essential so the practice engaged with the client to produce a scheme that could be delivered with minimal disruption to tight timescales.
