This 5/6 storey building is a foyer bed-sit scheme of 54 units together with communal educational and training facilities.  The Foyer provides accommodation for disadvantaged young people helping them gain independence.  The building includes a number of sustainable features such as a grass roof and photovoltaic panels.  Completed in the Autumn of 2012, following a 2 year build, this is now a landmark structure in the City of Portsmouth.
