Part of the redevelopment of the Velmore Estate, KSA was asked to assist in the upgrading of community facilities for the residents. As part of Section 106 monies, a scheme was developed to extend and remodel the existing church to provide an additional mixed-use community centre role. The client group are delighted with their new facilities and the development has refreshed the street scene in this area of Chandlers Ford.
