Since joining KSA in 2010, I have gained a wealth of experience predominantly within the housing sector with a concentration on large flatted developments and extra care facilities. I am responsible for taking schemes forward from feasibility with a focus on all aspects of technical support from working drawings through to site queries during construction. The thing I love about my job is watching a scheme develop. Every project presents its own challenges and the more complicated a design the more fun it is to make it work!

My passions outside of KSA

Bikes - road and mountain biking - sometimes for pleasure - often competitively - I enjoy the challenge. I have invested a lot in my sport and I am extremely attached to my bikes so they are well looked after! To make sure I am race fit means regular Pilates sessions - it’s great that KSA pay for a weekly instructor in the office.

Here's some recent projects where I’ve made an impact.

Surrey Court

This extra care scheme of 70 flats replaced an existing older persons provision on site that was no longer fit for purpose with a modern, high quality facility that enhanced the living environment of both residents and the wider community.
